Adding a link to the menu bar

To add a link to the menu bar, add a line like this to siteurls.config:

<link name="PhoneDirectory" navigateUrl="http://4bbc.org/blogs/content/PhoneDirectory.aspx" text="Phone Directory" roles="SystemAdministrator,Member" />
