Here is a walk-through to setting up eConnect:

Install eConnect

Install VS2005, create a project

Set a reference to the three dlls in c:\Program Files\Microsoft Great Plains\eConnect9\Objects\DOT NET (copy them into the bin directory)

Set a reference to 'system.enterpriseServices'

Is there an easy way to get all the stored procedures installed into a DB other than running the installation?

Not that I know of... In GP9, the install exe is what does the work. In GP10, they ship with the product.
