I assume that because you posted the question here, you are looking for a programmatic answer? I can't tell by your question if you are familiar with VS Tools for Dynamics...
At any rate, you need the name of the window to see if you can access it. I'm not familiar with 'printing a consultation', I can't tell what module that's in. So let's look at SOP.

Open the SOP Transaction window, then call up a document.

Press the 'print' button in the top left corner. The Sales Document Print Options window opens up.
This is the form that you need to attach to in VSTools to get the info that you want.
