Hi all

I'm using the <taSopTrackingNum> element to record information against a sales order.

Can anyone tell me which screen I have to use to see it when it has been loaded

 The tracking numbers are displayed on the Sales User-Defined Fields Entry window.

From the Sales Transaction Entry window, click on the User-Defined button in the bottom left.

You don't happen to know if the tracking numbers are vieable in a smartlist at all?

I don't believe they are available in a delivered SmartList--at least I don't see one.  Since they have their own one-to-many relationship with SOP Transactions, I don't think there is an existing SmartList.

The data is stored in the SOP10107 table, so you could easily create a SmartList using SmartList Builder or Excel Report Builder, or query them using SQL, Excel, Crystal, etc.
